Welcome to your private oasis in the heart of Indio. Our spacious 4BR/2Bath retreat is the perfect place for a weekend getaway, family vacation, or longer term stay. Step outside to your own backyard paradise where you’ll find a sparkling saltwater pool and spa. For those looking for some friendly competition, we’ve got you covered with Ms Pacman, Giant Jenga, and indoor ping pong. On a quiet cul-de-sac and walking distance to Empire Polo Fields.

Welcome Home,

Our spacious 4 bedroom boast a King with en-suite and walk-in closet, ROKU TV, and outdoor access to the pool. Three queen bedrooms for your guest with a shared bathroom and in-home laundry area. One queen bedroom has access to the pool area with additional security lock.

Living/lounge area with 90″ TV and propane gas fireplace feature with large sectional for sports games and movie time. Indoor Ping Pong and dining for 8 and additional 4 at the kitchen island. Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, wine fridge, filtered water, coffee bar, and kids utensils.

Outdoor lounge area with outdoor TV, ceiling fan, bar top seating, and propane grill. Heated saltwater spa and pool.

*** Please note that pool heat to 88 degrees and Spa heat to 103 degrees is an extra charge of $100/night and must be paid in advance for the entire reservation for the months of November – April ***

Smoking inside our property is strictly forbidden. Smoking can cause damage to the property and pose a risk to other guests who may have allergies or respiratory issues. Additionally, if smoking does occur inside the property, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of removing any smoke residue and odors.

We have parking for 3 cars on the driveway and 1 additional car on the street (visitor parking).

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all of our guests.

I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool (“Pool Rules”). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, “landlord”) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users’ Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys’ fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users’ use of the pool, even though such
Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users’ use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against
Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State
of California I have read and fully understand the above important information, the potential dangers incidental to using the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose to use the Pool.

Per city ordinance and good neighbor policy our quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. Non refundable pet fee. Must tell us what type of pet. No beds on beds or sofa No smoking or vaping inside the property. No pets allowed without prior approval from the host. (Pet fee will occur) No parties or events allowed. Number of guests should not exceed the advertised accommodation. Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy during their stay. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No additional guests beyond those included in the original reservation. Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. Guests must adhere to local parking regulations and not park in prohibited areas. Guests must report any damages or issues with the property to the host immediately. Guests must respect the privacy of the host and the surrounding neighbors. Guests should be mindful of energy consumption and turn off lights, appliances and lock the doors when not in use Guests should not leave any food items or drinks in the refrigerator or freezer, as well as empty all trash cans and recycling bins before check-out.
